Your first session

I offer a free 30 minute session. This session allows you a space to talk about what you want from therapy and whether therapy is for you. If you agree to continue we will work for a further 50 mins For part of this session I will take some basic details such as name, address, GP details etc…

All information shared will be treated with respect and kept in confidence.

Make an appointment

All first appointments are arranged via a telephone call. You can either call me directly or request me to call you back at a convenient time for you.

This initial call usually lasts about 5 - 10 minutes and gives you an opportunity to ask any questions you may have about me, therapy and the therapeutic process; and to provide a summary of your current situation.

Your call will be treated in confidence.

Further sessions

Sessions usually take place on a weekly basis. How many sessions you have will depend on what you want to work on and what we agree together. The number of sessions (usually between 6 - 15 ) can be negotiated at the beginning of our work together and will be reviewed at agreed intervals.

Services and Fees

Individual session………………………£25 per 50 min session

Group ………………………………………..£50 for 3 two hour sessions per person

Couples………………………………….……£35 per couple per 50 min session

I keep a limited number of reduced fee sessions available for those on low income.

Cancellations I require 24 hours notice if you are unable to attend a session. Otherwise you are liable for the cost of the session.
